This variety of corn is characterized by small grain and orange-red pigmentation. These features combined with its granulometry allow you to make Polenta with exceptional flavor without too much effort in preparation and with not too long times.
Corn flour is also used in some preparations on bread, pasta or sweets and in blends with the others kind of flours.
