Whole soft wheat flour, obtained by slow-grinding selected wheat with a natural stone mill wheel to keep intact the flavors and nutritional values. This kind of flour is the most versatile, great for bread, pizza, pasta, sweets. Depending on the type of preparation, it can be slightly sifted to remove only larger bran leaves that do not allow the dough to bind well. Only small adjustments are needed to make possible and special every kind of preparation.
