Whole flour of the ancient soft wheat called “Verna”, obtained by slow-grinding with the old natural-stone millstone to keep intact the flavors and nutritional values.

The ancient wheats are particular for their low content and a lesser toughness of the gluten, which also makes them suitable also for more sensitive people.
This flour has a more pronounced aroma and a more rustic roughness, it is special for bread, but also pizza, pasta and sweets. The true ancient flavor!
